Delivery within Europe usually takes up to 3 business days (may vary slightly depending on the country and courier).

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: If your order is over €30, shipping is completely free.

Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below €30 are subject to a small shipping fee (calculated at checkout).

For Europe-wide delivery, we use the Packeta app (Zásielkovňa), allowing you to choose a convenient pickup point or home delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can track your parcel status.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days.

As soon as we receive the returned product, you will be issued a full refund.
